Staff of the hotel is just phenomenal - everyone is super friendly and helpful without exception. Breakfast is really good with a very nice variety of different dishes. Nice experience with the fruit being delivered to the room on a boat on the artificial lake, also complimentary afternoon tea and desert which is really nice. The kayaks felt a little gimmicky but ended up being something really cool that our kids really enjoyed and had a chance to kayak in a safe environment by themselves. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel offers a convenient and complimentary shuttle to the town which is about a 3 minute drive but a pretty nasty walk if you do it by foot which is great. Hotel restaurant and services like massage are fairly priced making it a nice experience to just spend a day in the resort.

The river is so fun, I had my own kayak and could access the river from my balcony. Infinity pool at the end of the property with various seating options. Food was great, loved the fresh fruit delivery boat, plus afternoon tea was a very nice touch. About 10-15min walk from downtown Pai, but free shuttle on demand 24 hours a day and cheap motorbike rentals. Staff were so kind and helpful with everything, very welcoming. I absolutely loved this hotel.

This hotel has the best team we've met so far in Thailand. Everybody was so nice and helpful. But it was mire than that - they really tried to communicate and make our stay pleasant and memorable. I think that my daughters will never forget this hotel, the fruit boat, the greek design, the kayaks, and the most generous breakfast we've seen.
